Product Overview
True Care Technology’s bulk-flow X-ray inspection systems offer contaminant inspection for harvested products like nuts, beans, grains, and fruits. Utilizing a high-precision air blast rejection system , they reliably detect wooden sticks, shells, and other low-density or organic foreign bodies. The TXR-BF series not only identifies foreign materials but also detects hollow products, holes from pests, and organic material of similar density. Ideal for inspecting flowing products before final packaging, including seeds, nuts, fruits, and cereals. It's also suitable for industrial product inspection, such as plastic resins for food packaging and rubber pellets. Capable of inspecting up to 40,000 lbs per hour while maintaining peak performance and sensitivity.

Applications
- Optimized Generator and Detector Configuration
- X-ray generator and detector installation positions are positioned toward the product flow direction. The distance between detection and rejection is minimized, ensuring the highest rejection accuracy level, even at the maximum speed of 120 meters per minute.
- The distance between the product in feed port and detection zone is increased, ensuring product has ample space to spread and settle for optimum inspection performance.
- Internal Nut Defect Detection and Removal – Able to identify and remove nuts that have internal defects, such as shrinkage or decay.
- 0.4mm Time Delay Integration detectors for industry leading inspection performance – Find contaminants as small as 0.3mm.
- Up to 72-nozzle air jet rejection system results in the smallest possible product waste or rework and the highest level of contaminant rejection accuracy.

Standard Features
- Full Range of Detection – Metallic and non-metallic contaminants including glass, ceramic, stone, bone, hard rubber and hard plastic.
- Defect Inspection – Detects breakage, displacement and cracks, Metal sensitivities to 0.3mm stainless steel; 0.2mm x 2mm steel wire
- Does not require an operator to monitor for contaminants – System will automatically identify and, when paired without optional rejection conveyor, remove any packages suspected of having contaminants.
- Customizable Programming – TXR-BF x-ray systems use proprietary software which allows custom generator strength, speed, and algorithms for each program.
- Windows-Based Software – Easily navigated Windows-based software allows the user to quickly change between programs. A real-time image of the current product allows operators to quickly locate and identify contaminants.
- Detailed Data Logs – TXR-BF x-rays provide detailed logs on production rates, times and contamination %s which can be easily accessed on the HMI or downloaded via Ethernet or USB.
- Remote technical and programming support to maximize uptime and performance
