Product Overview
The TrueCare TCW-R Revolving Check Weigher is a rotary checkweigher designed for tall, round or unstable containers that tip over on a flat belt. A star-wheel carries each vial, bottle, can or aerosol onto the weigh cell, holds it steady during weighing and indexes it back onto the line, giving higher accuracy than a belt checkweigher for these formats. Under- and over-filled containers are rejected automatically, making it ideal for verifying fill weight after liquid filling, powder filling and
aerosol gassing. It suits injectable vials, oral liquid bottles, cosmetic jars, beverage cans and aerosol lines.
