Product Overview
The TrueCare Tablet Inspection Belt (Belt Type) is a compact, cGMP-compliant conveyor for manual visual inspection of tablets and capsules. Product is spread evenly from a vibratory hopper onto a moving food-grade belt, where operators on both sides remove broken, chipped, discoloured or foreign tablets under glare-free lighting. Variable belt speed matches product type and operator pace, and the SS304/SS316 contact parts (confirm) dismantle easily for cleaning. It is a cost-effective tablet sorting solution for pharma, nutraceutical and Ayurvedic manufacturers.
At the first inspection station, operators inspect the top surface of the tablet. The conveyor system then gently flips the tablet using a mechanical flipping mechanism, allowing the bottom side to be inspected at the second station.
Each operator is equipped with a vacuum-assisted rejection pipe, allowing immediate and hygienic removal of defective tablets without touching the product or stopping the conveyor. This ensures clean and efficient operation in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
