The TrueCare 12 Head Multi-Head Weigher Filler is a high-speed combination weigher for packaging lines. Product is spread across 12 weigh buckets, and the controller instantly selects the combination closest to the target weight, delivering fast and accurate portions with very low product give-away. It pairs with vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines, pouch fillers, jar and tray lines. It suits chips, namkeen, nuts, dry fruit, candies, frozen foods, cereals, pet food and hardware items. Stainless steel food-contact parts, quick-release buckets and a recipe-based touchscreen keep cleaning and changeover fast.

The working principle of the 12 Head Multi-Head Weigher Filler revolves around a smart combination of precision weighing and statistical optimization:
- Feeding System: Product is fed into the top of the weigher where it is distributed to the radial feeders.
- Dispersion Cone: A central dispersion cone ensures even distribution of the product to all 12 vibrating feed trays.
- Pre-Weigh Hoppers: Each feed tray delivers a portion of the product into its respective weigh hopper.
- Weighing & Calculation: Each of the 12 weigh hoppers is connected to a high-precision load cell that measures the product weight in real time.
- Weigh Combination Process: The onboard processor evaluates all possible weight combinations from the 12 hoppers and selects the best combination closest to the target weight (e.g., 500g, 1kg). This is known as the combinational weighing algorithm.
- Discharge: Once the optimal combination is selected, the corresponding hoppers open simultaneously to discharge the combined product into the packaging machine or container below.
This process ensures rapid operation with minimal deviation from the target weight, improving yield and reducing product giveaway.
