The TrueCare TCW Series Online Check Weigher is an automatic weight checking machine that verifies 100% of packs on a running conveyor line. It weighs each product dynamically, compares it against your set limits and rejects under-filled or overweight packs by pusher or air-blast, helping you meet Legal Metrology and customer weight specifications while cutting product give-away. Models from TCW-100 to TCW-400 cover packs from 1 g upward at speeds of up to 200 pcs/min, with 0.01 g resolution on smaller models. The SUS304 stainless steel frame, tool-free buckle belt and GMP/HACCP-friendly design make cleaning simple, while the multilingual touchscreen stores 100 product recipes with live statistics. Ideal for pharma, food, FMCG, cosmetics and chemical packaging lines.
