The TrueCare Multi-Tray Weight Sorting Machine is an automatic weight grader that sorts products into several weight classes in a single pass. Each item is placed in its own tray, weighed in motion and discharged at the outlet matching its preset weight range, replacing slow manual grading with fast, repeatable sorting. It is widely used to grade shrimp and fish, chicken portions, fruits, vegetables, eggs and other individually handled products, helping processors price by grade and reduce give-away. Food-grade stainless steel construction and easy-clean trays support HACCP hygiene.
