Product Overview
The TrueCare Roller Type Tablet/Capsule Inspection Machine improves manual inspection by rotating each tablet or capsule as it travels along rollers. Because every unit turns over in front of the inspector, all surfaces are visible, so defects on the underside such as cracks, dents, black spots and broken caps are not missed as they can be on a flat belt. Adjustable speed, uniform lighting and a dust-free stainless build make it well suited to capsules, softgels and coated tablets in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical plants.
