Product Overview
The Screw Conveyor is designed for the continuous and controlled conveying of powder, granules, pellets, and other bulk materials in horizontal or inclined directions. The system uses a rotating screw flight mounted on a central shaft to move the material smoothly from the feeding point to the discharge point.
The conveyor is manufactured with a robust construction suitable for industrial and pharmaceutical applications. Product-contact parts can be provided in SS 304 or SS 316/316L, as required, with a suitable surface finish for easy cleaning and maintenance. The enclosed conveying arrangement helps minimize product spillage, dust generation, and contamination during material transfer.
The screw conveyor can be configured according to the required conveying capacity, material characteristics, conveyor length, inclination, and installation layout. Variable-speed operation can also be provided for controlled material flow.
