Product Overview
The TrueCare Screw Conveyor provides continuous, controlled conveying of powders, granules, pellets and other bulk materials in horizontal or inclined layouts. A rotating helical screw inside a closed tube or trough moves material steadily, keeping dust contained and feeding hoppers, mixers, fillers and packing machines at a consistent rate. Lengths, diameters and screw types are configured to your material and capacity, in stainless steel for hygienic applications. It is widely used in food, spice, pharma, chemical, fertiliser and plastics industries.
The conveyor is manufactured with a robust construction suitable for industrial and pharmaceutical applications. Product-contact parts can be provided in SS 304 or SS 316/316L, as required, with a suitable surface finish for easy cleaning and maintenance. The enclosed conveying arrangement helps minimize product spillage, dust generation, and contamination during material transfer.
The screw conveyor can be configured according to the required conveying capacity, material characteristics, conveyor length, inclination, and installation layout. Variable-speed operation can also be provided for controlled material flow.
