Product Overview
The TrueCare Linear Weigh Filler Machine is an automatic weighing and filling machine for granular, free-flowing and semi-free-flowing products. Vibratory feeders deliver product to linear weigh buckets that release precise doses into pouches, jars, cans or bags, either manually placed or linked to a form-fill-seal machine. It offers an economical alternative to a multihead weigher for uniform products such as sugar, salt, rice, pulses, tea, coffee, seeds, detergent and granules. Stainless contact parts and simple touchscreen settings make it easy to run and clean.
This machine is ideal for small to medium packaging operations, offering high accuracy, fast changeovers, and ease of use. Its compact and modular design allows for seamless integration with packaging lines such as pouch packing, jar filling, and container filling systems.
