Product Overview
The TrueCare Tablet Counting Machine is an automatic electronic tablet counter for high-volume pharmaceutical bottle packing. Tablets and capsules are fed through multi-channel vibratory tracks, counted by photoelectric sensors and dropped into bottles, with dust filtering to keep counts accurate even with friable products (confirm feed and sensor type). It integrates with bottle unscramblers, desiccant inserters, cappers and labellers to build a complete counting and filling line, and fault detection stops or rejects incorrect counts. Suited to pharma, nutraceutical, vitamin and supplement manufacturers.
