Product Overview
The TrueCare Automatic Vial/Ampoule Inspection Machine performs 100% automatic visual inspection of filled and sealed injectable containers. Each vial or ampoule is spun and suddenly stopped so suspended particles keep moving, while cameras detect visible particulate matter such as glass, fibres, metal and rubber, along with low fill, cracks, cosmetic and closure defects. Rejects are separated automatically and all results are recorded for batch release. It helps parenteral manufacturers meet pharmacopoeia requirements for visible particle inspection with far greater consistency than manual booths.
Vials or ampoules are automatically fed into the inspection system and rotated during the inspection process to provide comprehensive visibility of the container and its contents. The inspection is carried out under controlled lighting and viewing conditions, enabling consistent detection of visible defects. Accepted and rejected containers are automatically separated, reducing manual inspection effort and improving inspection consistency.
