Product Overview
The TrueCare Heavy-Duty Check Weigher is an end-of-line checkweigher for shipper cartons, cases, bags and drums. TCW-450 and TCW-600 models weigh from 0.05 kg to 25 kg with 1 g resolution at up to 40 pcs/min, confirming every outer case contains the right fill or unit count before it is palletised. A heavy-gauge SUS304 frame, wide conveyor and push-off rejector handle bulky packs reliably, and missing-unit cartons are caught before they reach your customer. It is widely used for packed atta and flour, rice, sugar, agricultural products, FMCG shipper cartons and chemical bags.
