Product Overview
The TrueCare Online Check Weigher for Long Products uses an extended weigh table so long or narrow items are weighed fully on the scale, not partly on the infeed or outfeed. This gives accurate in-motion weighing for chocolate and protein bars, biscuit and wafer packs, sausages, tube cartons and similar elongated products. Off-weight items are removed automatically by a rejector sized for the product length, and real-time statistics help operators adjust filling and slicing on the fly. Hygienic stainless construction and an easy-clean belt suit food, confectionery and personal care lines.
