Product Overview
Vibro Sifter is a versatile sieving and grading machine for separation of solids from solids, liquid from solids and production of graded materials in proportion to their size.
Vibro Sifter is designed on the principle of ‘Gyratory Motion” with 1 nos. sieve with 2 nos. discharges. Material is fed on to the centre of the screen and then travels on a spiral path to the periphery whilst the fine particles fall through and discharge at bottom outlet. At top discharge received materials are oversize and not passed through top sieve. The material being screened is therefore drawn apart automatically and no additional force is exerted to separate coarser particles. The sieving is done gently and with little abrasion.
The external vibrator is a three-phase asynchronous motor which has eccentric weights mounted at the end of the rotor Shafter. The rotating shaft causes centrifugal forces which can be adjusted by moving the weights. The motor is special designed with high stability M.S. Body special bearing with increased load capacity and vibration proof winding.
