Product Overview
The TrueCare OCR Verification System is a camera-based optical character recognition (OCR) and verification (OCV) system that mounts on sticker labelling machines. As each bottle, vial or carton passes, it reads the printed batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date and price, and compares them against the master data. Missing, unreadable or incorrect prints are rejected automatically, preventing costly mislabelling and recalls. It also supports barcode and 2D data-matrix verification for track-and-trace (confirm), and logs results for GMP audits.

Applications
