The TrueCare Balance Grade Check Weigher is a high-precision inline checkweigher built for small, lightweight packs where every hundredth of a gram counts. The TMD series weighs products from 1 to 50 g with ±0.01 g accuracy, and multi-lane
models (TMD-6X and TMD-10X) inspect several lanes at once for high-output sachet, stick-pack and blister-carton lines. Each pack is weighed in motion and off-weight packs are rejected automatically, so under-fills and give-away are caught before cartoning. With GMP-compliant stainless steel construction, a large touchscreen, statistical reporting and three-level password access, it is a dependable multi-lane checkweigher for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and food packaging lines.
