Product Overview
The TrueCare Tablet De-Duster removes excess powder, fines, loose particles and edge burrs from tablet surfaces immediately after compression. Tablets travel up a vibrating spiral or along a sieve track (confirm) while compressed air and dust extraction carry the dust away, delivering clean tablets for coating, inspection and packing. It connects directly to the tablet press outlet and can feed a pharma metal detector in line. Height-adjustable, easy-clean SS316 contact parts make it suitable for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablet lines.
It gently transports tablets through a vibrating or spiral channel while applying controlled airflow and aspiration to separate dust without causing chipping or breakage.
