Every Pack, Every Gram: See Our Online Check Weigher Live at PMEC India 2026

Underfilled packs put compliance at risk; overfilled packs give product away. Our TCW Online Check Weigher weighs every pack at line speed and rejects anything outside your limits. See it running live at PMEC India 2026, Stall 9C44, IEML Greater Noida, 24–26 November.

Every Pack, Every Gram: See Our Online Check Weigher Live at PMEC India 2026
Weight is one of the simplest quality checks on a packaging line, and one of the easiest to get wrong. A spot check every few minutes tells you how the line was running then, not what left the plant in between. An underweight carton can trigger a regulatory or customer complaint. A consistently overweight one quietly erodes margin, batch after batch.

That is the problem the TCW Series Online Check Weigher is built to solve, and it is one of five machines we are running live at Stall 9C44 at PMEC India 2026.

What an online check weigher does

An online check weigher sits in-line after filling or packing. Each pack crosses a weigh conveyor, is weighed dynamically while it moves, and is compared against the upper and lower limits you set. Anything outside those limits is pushed or blown off the line automatically, so only in-spec product moves on to cartoning or dispatch.

Because every pack is weighed, the check weigher also tells you how your filler is behaving. A drift towards the lower limit shows up long before it becomes a batch of rejects.

Built for regulated production
  • High-speed, high-sensitivity dynamic weighing, stable in real factory conditions
  • Buckle-type conveyor belt that comes apart easily for cleaning and maintenance, in line with GMP and HACCP requirements
  • SUS304 stainless steel construction, with an 8 mm acrylic windshield to keep airflow from disturbing readings
  • Large multi-language touch screen with extensive data storage
  • Three-level password protection, so only managers can change parameters
  • Memory for 100 product recipes for quick changeovers
  • Push rejection as standard, air-blow rejection as an option

Key specifications (TCW-100)
  • Weighing range: 1–300 g
  • Minimum scale: 0.01 g
  • Checking speed: up to 200 packs/min
  • Belt speed: 20–90 m/min
  • Belt height: 750 ± 50 mm, customisable
  • Footprint: 1040 × 705 × 1455 mm
The TCW Series runs from TCW-100 up to TCW-400, and the wider check weigher range covers tablet and capsule weighing, heavy-duty and large packages, long products, and a combo check weigher with metal detector. If your pack sits outside the TCW-100 window, our engineers will point you to the right model.

Where it fits on a pharma line

In pharmaceutical packaging, the check weigher usually sits after cartoning or bottle filling. It confirms that each carton contains its leaflet, blister strips or bottle, and that each bottle holds its full fill. The same machine is used across nutraceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical lines, which makes it a common shared standard for plants running
several product types.

What you will see at Stall 9C44

We will have the check weigher running continuously across all three days, weighing and rejecting packs in real time. Our applications engineers will walk you through limit setting, reject handling and the data the machine records.

Bring a few of your own packs. Seeing your product weighed at speed tells you far more than a brochure can, and it lets us talk specifically about integration with your existing line.
