Product Overview
Semi-Automatic Vial Inspection Machine is designed for efficient visual inspection of pharmaceutical vials for visible foreign particles, contamination, improper filling, glass particles, fibres, metal particles, cracks, and other visible product or container defects. Vials are automatically fed and arranged into the inspection system, then smoothly transferred through the inspection area for controlled handling and examination.
During inspection, the vial is rotated and positioned under a suitable illumination system, creating a clear contrast between the product and any visible impurities or defects. This controlled rotation allows the operator to inspect the vial contents, outer surface, closure, and overall appearance from different angles. After inspection, accepted vials are continuously transferred to the next process or collection area, while defective vials can be removed manually or through the provided rejection arrangement.
